ABOUT ME

Christina is a creative storyteller who specializes in brand building, content strategy, social media engagement, and other emerging media opportunities. She's also developed high-level messaging for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and popular retail brands that include Men's Wearhouse, Moore's, and Walmart. As a contributing writer for online and print publications, she covered celebrities, food, music, and lifestyle topics. Highly skilled and proficient with blogging platforms and content management systems, she's also provided ghostwriting services for script and book publication.

Christina is also a resident playwright and workshop facilitator with Bindlestiff Studio, the epicenter for Filipino American Arts in San Francisco. She specializes in teaching the fundamentals of playwriting (one-act and full-length) and genre-focused stories that include horror, love, and science fiction. 

She made her playwriting debut with her monologue, The Word of Oprah, in 2010. Upon completing her MFA at Northwestern University, her full-length play and graduate thesis, There’s the Moon and Then There’s You, premiered at Bindlestiff Studio on May 30, 2015. She's also written for Pinays Maintaining Sisterhood Through Art, Granny Cart Gangstas, the Amok play reading festival, Forbidden Futures, and was commissioned to write a one-act about the life of Tye Leung Schultz. Christina continues to showcase her works in progress, which include her two full-length plays, Cara’s World and In Real Life. She was chosen to be a part of the inaugural AAPI Playwrights Festival presented by the Contemporary Asian Theatre Scene in San Jose and was selected as a top 13 finalist for the 2025 Pork Filled Productions play festival in Seattle.
